Pressure mapping
for next-gen ergonomic seating

A thin, embedded sensor mat that streams 384-point pressure data in real time — giving gaming and office chairs genuine posture intelligence.

The problem with seating today

Premium chairs compete on adjustability, but posture feedback is still coarse — a single load cell or a handful of capacitive zones. Not enough to drive meaningful health outcomes or differentiated features.

📍

Single-point sensing

Most "smart" chairs measure one or two zones — too coarse to distinguish pelvic tilt, weight shift, or slouch progression.

💸

Research-grade cost

Full pressure-mapping systems (Tekscan, XSensor) cost €10,000+. Not viable for consumer integration.

🔌

No wireless stack

Existing OEM sensor arrays assume wired readout. No off-the-shelf solution streams over Wi-Fi to a companion app.

The product

A passive resistive sensor mat embedded in the seat cushion, paired with a compact battery-powered controller that streams pressure data over Wi-Fi or BLE to a desktop and mobile companion app.
